  • Will promptly present contractual offers to sellers or their designated agent as specified by State, County or Local practices.
  • Upon acceptance of an offer between buyer and the seller, will monitor settlement activities during the closing process as applicable.
  • Keep clients up-to-date during the entire purchase process – start to finish.
